Returns

Returns are processed immediately. No Hassle. Simply call and your pickup return is handled promptly and professionally.

Returns must have a Return Goods Authorization (RGA) number, which can be obtained by calling or emailing us. Please package returns properly to avoid damage and keep all shipping documents until credit is received. Returned items are subject to approval.

Non-Defective Returns (Good Product):

May be returned within one year of purchase.
Are accepted all year except December.
Require an offsetting purchase of equal value.
Note:The shipping box must be in good condition to avoid a reboxing charge.

Defective Products (Warranty):

Automotive radiators may be returned within two years of purchase.
Industrial, Truck, and Agricultural radiators may be returned within one year of purchase.
Radiator cores and A/C condensers may be returned within one year of purchase.
Note:Defective products are inspected at Radiator Supply™ to confirm the manufacturer’s requirements for return.
Questionable items will be returned to the manufacturer and credit will be issued upon the manufacturer’s approval.

Discrepancy and Damaged Freight:
Products should be inspected upon receipt and any discrepancies or damages noted on the waybill
prior to accepting delivery. Once accepted the carrier is not responsible for damages or loss. Please
inform us if you experience a loss or damage.
